A new beginning? [13 Jan 2006|08:28pm] [ mood | good ] So, if you knew this place before I'm sure you're wondering what happened to the Target! character journal. To be frank, I just got rid of it. ^_^; I might revive it later, but as of now I'm not far enough in the story to warrant anything like that. To tell the truth, I'm not far enough in the story to warrant ANYTHING- if only because I've been so erratic with updating it. Anyway, I can't promise that the pages will get on a solid schedule anytime soon, but I decided that inbetween updates I should have at least something to tide people over. Thus, this. What is it? A journal for all things omake relating to both Target!, and my Wirepop comic, King of Spades. I think for the most part this journal will have Target! things, but I might occasionally do some art or gag strips relating to KoS and put it here (since that's part of a paid service). Believe it or not, Target! has not been forgotten by me- I do have plans for the actual online story but for now let me present the first Target! omake here, which is based off of a portfolio project I was doing over the summer. I had to get some sequentials done for a review and decided to base them off a story that came into my head while working on Target!- namely, it was an alternate story containing the Target! characters, but put into a different situation. ( Read the rest here~ ) It's interesting working on this story while keeping in mind the actual original story of Target!. The relationship between Takumi and Seiji in this version is much more strained than it is normally, and once Rui enters the scene things get even more different. It's fun, though...I still love my original trio the most. ^o^ That's it for now- more later! 2 comments|post comment
